By accessing and using Setlist, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

Permission is granted to temporarily use Setlist for personal, non-commercial purposes. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

• Modify or copy the materials
• Use the materials for any commercial purpose or public display
• Attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained in Setlist
• Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials
• Transfer the materials to another person or "mirror" the materials on any other server

This license shall automatically terminate if you violate any of these restrictions and may be terminated by Setlist at any time.

You retain all rights to content you upload to Setlist. By uploading content, you grant Setlist a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to store, display, and distribute your content solely for the purpose of operating and providing the service.

You are responsible for:

• Ensuring you have the right to upload and share your content
• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password
• All activities that occur under your account
• Ensuring your content does not violate any laws or infringe on others' rights

You may not use Setlist to:

• Upload, post, or transmit any content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable
• Impersonate any person or entity or falsely state or misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity
• Upload or transmit viruses or any other type of malicious code
• Collect or store personal data about other users without their consent
• Interfere with or disrupt the service or servers

When you share content via Setlist's sharing features:

• Content shared with a link can be accessed by anyone with that link
• You are responsible for managing who has access to your shared content
• You can revoke access to shared content at any time by deleting the share link
• Password-protected shares add an additional layer of security but do not guarantee absolute privacy

Setlist is provided "as is" without any warranties. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time without notice.

In no event shall Setlist or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use Setlist, even if Setlist or an authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to the service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the service.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
